Warranty Terms & Conditions
The Ultraguard warranty is issued at the time of installation by an authorised dealer and is valid only when the product is installed and maintained in accordance with the terms below.
Ultraguard warrants that the installed Paint Protection Film or Window Film, when applied by an authorised dealer, will be free from manufacturing defects for the warranty period stated on the customer's digital warranty certificate (ranging from 5 years to Lifetime depending on the product series).
- Coverage includes: yellowing, cracking, delamination and adhesive failure under normal use.
- Window film coverage additionally includes bubbling, peeling and colour fading beyond expected tolerance.
- Coverage begins from the date of installation as recorded in the Dealer Panel.
The warranty is valid only if registered digitally through the Ultraguard Dealer Panel within 7 days of installation. Products installed but not registered in the system are not eligible for warranty claims.
- Registration must include accurate vehicle registration number, customer contact details and installation date.
- The customer will receive a digital warranty confirmation via Email and WhatsApp upon successful registration.
Warranty is applicable only when the product is installed by an Ultraguard-authorised and certified applicator. Installation by unauthorised or uncertified installers voids all warranty coverage.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Accidents, collisions, or physical impact of any kind.
- Improper washing, use of abrasive chemicals, or automated brush car washes.
- Modifications, tampering or repairs carried out by non-authorised parties.
- Environmental factors beyond normal wear — chemical spills, fire, or vandalism.
- Vehicles used for racing, rental, or commercial fleet purposes unless separately agreed in writing.
To file a claim, the customer or dealer must submit a request via the Dealer Panel or by contacting Ultraguard support with the registered warranty ID, photographs of the affected area and proof of installation.
- Claims are reviewed and verified within 5–7 business days.
- Approved claims are resolved through repair or replacement at an authorised Ultraguard facility, at Ultraguard's discretion.
The warranty is tied to the vehicle and may be transferred to a new owner with valid proof of vehicle ownership change, subject to Ultraguard approval. Ultraguard's liability under this warranty is limited strictly to repair or replacement of the defective film and does not extend to consequential damages, loss of vehicle use, or third-party costs.
